Join us for delightful Valentine`s Day celebration featuring a charming short romantic comedy, One Week (1920), with performances by Sybil Seely and Buster Keaton and live piano accompaniment by Agustina Taborda. Newlyweds receive a build-it-yourself house as a wedding gift—and the house can, supposedly, be built in “one week”. A rejected suitor secretly re-numbers packing crates, and the husband struggles to assemble the house according to this new ‘arrangement’ of its parts.

Stick around afterward for a fantastic jazz concert by the Cesar Benzoni Trio! Cesar is a familiar face in the Galway music scene, and he truly needs no introduction. On Friday, February 14th, he will be performing with his jazz trio at the Silent Cinema, much to the excitement of jazz enthusiasts. Expect a delightful mix of classic tunes that will set a romantic atmosphere for all.
